Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products through the busypup.store website, owned by BusyPup (NIF 54233152A), with address at Rúa O Pinar 9, 36400, O Porriño (Pontevedra), Spain. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Purchase Process

To place an order, the user must follow the process indicated in the online store, selecting the products, confirming shipping and billing details, and proceeding to payment. After the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if any, will be itemized before finalizing the purchase.

4. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the methods enabled on the store's payment gateway. All transactions are processed securely through external payment providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be indicated on the product page or during the purchase process. BusyPup is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or by force majeure.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without justification. BusyPup voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days. See the full conditions in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Legal Guarantees

All products have the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in current consumer regulations. If the product received is not compliant, the customer may request its repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract in accordance with legal provisions.

8. Liability

BusyPup will not be liable for damages derived from improper use of the products or causes beyond its control, such as cases of force majeure.

9. Modifications

BusyPup reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be applicable to orders placed after their publication.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to the rights of the consumer under consumer protection regulations, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the consumer's domicile.
