Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping Zones
At BusyPup, we ship to Spain, throughout the European Union, and internationally. During the checkout process, you can verify if your shipping address is available.
2. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of destination, with no minimum purchase amount.
3. Order Preparation Time
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared within 1 to 3 business days before being handed over to the shipping company.
4. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination:
- Spain (mainland): between 2 and 5 business days after the order is shipped.
- European Union: between 3 and 8 business days after the order is shipped.
- Rest of the world: between 7 and 15 business days after the order is shipped, which may vary depending on the destination country and corresponding customs procedures.
These times are estimated and may be affected by causes beyond BusyPup's control, such as logistical incidents, local holidays, or customs procedures for international shipments.
5. International Shipments and Customs
For shipments outside the European Union, the order may be subject to tariffs, import taxes, or customs fees specific to the destination country, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the available tracking information.
7. Shipping Incidents
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, is damaged during transit, or has any other incident, please contact us at busypup@outlook.es stating your order number, and we will help you resolve it as soon as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. BusyPup is not responsible for delays or loss of the order resulting from erroneous or incomplete shipping data provided by the customer.
