We collect data that you voluntarily provide to us when you: create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. This data may include: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed directly by the payment gateway, without BusyPup storing your complete card details). We also automatically collect browsing data using cookies (see our cookie policy).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

  • Manage your order and the contractual relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Send you commercial communications (newsletter): data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Comply with legal obligations (invoicing, taxation): compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Retention Period

Data will be retained as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and, subsequently, for the legally required periods (e.g., tax and accounting obligations), after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

Your data may be communicated to the following data processors, necessary to provide the service: the e-commerce platform (Shopify Inc.), payment gateways, transport and courier companies, and email marketing service providers, all of whom are subject to corresponding data processing agreements and data protection guarantees.
