Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

At BusyPup, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Therefore, we extend the legal withdrawal period (14 calendar days) to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, so you can return your purchase without needing to justify the reason.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be in its original, unused condition with original tags.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging or in packaging that guarantees its proper protection during transport.
  • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Excluded from this right, except in case of manufacturing defect, are personalized or custom-made products, products that for reasons of hygiene or health cannot be returned once their seal has been opened, and those that have deteriorated due to causes not attributable to BusyPup.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at busypup@outlook.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the address to which you should send the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or incorrect (in which case BusyPup will cover the costs), the shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless we expressly agree to another method.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective product or one different from the one requested, contact us as soon as possible at busypup@outlook.es. In these cases, we will arrange for pickup or shipping at no cost to you, and we will proceed with repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, color, or model, contact us and we will inform you of availability and the procedure to follow.
